Compliments are well received and can be passed on directly to staff and the SENCO, or formally through our regular questionnaires to parents/carers.
Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Complaints concerning any aspects of Parkside Academy’s SEN&D Policy should be addressed to the Headteacher.
